Celebrating Michael Hughes’ Legacy
After more than 50 years of service, Michael Hughes will retire as CEO of A New Leaf in 2026, marking the close of a remarkable chapter of leadership and community impact. As we honor his legacy, we’re also looking ahead by beginning an active search for our next CEO to lead A New Leaf into its future.
