A New Leaf’s Court Advocacy Program provides members of the public with the resources necessary to apply for Orders of Protection and Injunctions of Harassment. Survivors can go through the civil legal process without fear and uncertainty.
This program assists anyone needing court advocacy who is a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking. Services focus on Maricopa County, and are open to anyone in need of help, as well as families residing in A New Leaf’s Faith House, Autumn House, CAFAA, or other shelters.
Court Advocates are able to assist in Spanish or English. They will work closely with you, learning the details of your case, helping you establish safety plans, and helping you to understand the next steps required to secure protection.
