empowering discussion in a safe environment

Experiencing domestic violence can leave you feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn next. At A New Leaf, we believe everyone deserves safety, support, and the opportunity to heal. Our Domestic Violence Support Group offers a confidential, supportive space where individuals can connect with others who understand, share experiences, and build strength together.

This group is designed for adults who have been impacted by domestic violence and are seeking connection, encouragement, and practical tools for moving forward. Whether you are early in your healing journey or have been working toward stability for some time, you are welcome here.

The Domestic Violence Support Group provides a structured yet compassionate environment facilitated by trained professionals. Each session focuses on fostering understanding, resilience, and personal growth while honoring each participant’s lived experience. Participants can expect:

  • A safe, respectful, and confidential setting
  • Opportunities to share experiences at their own comfort level
  • Guided discussions focused on healing, coping strategies, and empowerment
  • Connection with others who have faced similar challenges
  • Support that centers dignity, choice, and personal strength

The Domestic Violence Support Group meets every Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sessions are held virtually via Microsoft Teams, allowing participants to join from the privacy and comfort of their own space. Please utilize the registration link to RSVP and participate. Once registered, participants will receive information on how to join the virtual meeting securely.

You are not alone and support is available. This group is a place to find understanding, build connection, and take meaningful steps toward healing, one week at a time.
